Yes. Returns and exchanges are generally accepted for unused products within 30 days of delivery. Our full return policy can be found here.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
If you’re located in the United States or Canada, you can use our self-serve returns portal.
If you’re located anywhere else, self-serve returns are currently not available. Submit a support ticket, ensuring you've selected either the "Return Request" or "Exchange Request " topics, and our Support Robots will be happy to assist you.
How long will it take to process my return/exchange?
Once your item has been shipped back to us, refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 2 business days.
