If you’re located in the United States or Canada, you can use our self-service returns portal to return product(s) in your order for either a refund to the original payment method or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
If you choose a refund to the original payment method, a US$5.00 restocking fee will be deducted at the time of refund.
If you choose store credit, the restocking fee is automatically waived and you’ll receive a digital voucher for the full value of the returned items, sent to the email address associated with the original order.
As stated above, return requests must be initiated within 30 days of package delivery. Once the return request has been approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be generated and sent to you via email. Your item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
Once the return label has been scanned, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. If the refund is being issued to the original payment method, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account and/or credit card statement.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in new or like-new condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit. This means the product must not show signs of use, damage, or modification that materially affects its resale condition, and must be returned with all original packaging, components, and accessories.
For products whose primary purpose is installation using adhesive (such as Skins), eligibility for return requires that the product remain unused and uninstalled. Such products that have had the adhesive exposed, disturbed, or otherwise compromised are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis and may exercise discretion to allow refunds or store credits under exceptional circumstances.
