    Each eligible $20.00 spend generated a unique ballot ID. Additionally, each No Purchase Necessary mail-in ballot that arrived was assigned its own unique ballot ID. Each ballot ID represented a distinct record in our database table. From this pool of unique ballot IDs, fifty random entries were picked using randomly generated seeds based on the NumPy project. These random selections were the resulting winners.
