How do I cancel my order?
If your order was placed less than three hours ago, you can cancel your order from your account page. For orders more than three hours old, you can submit a support ticket, ensuring that you've selected the “Cancel My Order” topic, and we’ll process your cancellation request ASAP.
Note that once your order has shipped, it's left our facility and can no longer be cancelled. You can, however, initiate a Return Request from our Support page.
How do I edit the items or the shipping address for my order?
If your order was placed within the last three hours, you can modify your order's contents or shipping address from your account page. For orders more than three hours old, you can submit a support ticket, ensuring that you've selected the “Change My Order Or Address Details” topic, and we’ll process your request ASAP.
Note that once your order has shipped, it's left our facility and can no longer be modified. You can, however, initiate an Exchange Request from our Support page.
I have a discount code/gift card, how do I use it?
Discount codes and gift cards can be applied during checkout by using the "Discount code or gift card" field.
I purchased a dbrand product from Best Buy. How do I get support?
If the support you need is related to a return or exchange, it must be handled via Best Buy directly (either in-store or online). For help with that process, here’s a link to their support page.
If the support you need is simply about the product itself, we’re here to help. Submit a ticket and one of our Support Robots will get back to you. Be sure to keep your Best Buy receipt handy, as it may be required to process your request.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent out to the email address entered during checkout as soon as the order has been placed. If you used an Express Checkout option, the email address associated with the order will be the one registered to your Express Checkout option of choice.
It’s also worth checking your spam and/or Promotions folders, in case our email was filtered out of your inbox.
If you still can’t find it, odds are that the email address entered during checkout contained a typo (it happens more than you’d think). We encourage you to submit a ticket so the Support Robots can locate your order in our system, then correct the email address associated with your order.
