As a Canadian company, achieving affordable, quick delivery in the United States isn't easy. Most companies rely on a Canadian provider to figure out all the logistics and complications of getting merchandise cleared across the border. Not dbrand, though. We've partnered with OSM, an approved USPS shipping partner to ensure all orders are sent straight from our warehouse in Canada to an OSM hub in the United States. That means no waiting on customs clearances and no additional import fees upon delivery. From the moment your tracking number becomes active, you can expect delivery in as little as 7 Business Days.

Free shipping. – Are there any two words you'd rather see when shopping online? Our offer is simple: buy more than $65 worth of skins and your order ships for free. If you're spending less than $65, you should probably go back and add more items to your cart. If you can't find anything else to add, you're probably not looking hard enough - but you'll still only pay $5.00 for shipping.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping for large boxes. It's more expensive for us, which means it's more expensive for you. Google "dimensional weight" if you want to know more.

Here's how this works: The second your order is placed, it enters our system and begins processing. Within 72 hours, often as little as 12, one of our highly trained fulfillment robots will have your order packed and ready for shipment. As soon as OSM scans your package at our HQ, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your OSM tracking information. At this point, you'll likely be glued to your screen hitting refresh a few thousand times a day – totally understandable.
